Nicholas Wyss is an Associate at Reed & Scardino LLP. His practice focuses on patent and commercial litigation. Mr. Wyss also practices trademark prosecution. Prior to joining Reed & Scardino, Mr. Wyss served as a judicial intern for the Supreme Court of Texas and for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and also as a law clerk for the Travis County District Attorney’s Office. During his undergraduate education, Mr. Wyss worked as an assistant network administrator for a civil engineering company, and for the Instructional Technologies Support department at Texas State University.
Education & Admissions
Mr. Wyss received his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2010, where he served as Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Journal of Women and Law and as Associate Editor for the Texas Review of Law and Politics. In 2006, Mr. Wyss received his B.S. degree (summa cum laude) from Texas State University where he completed the honors curriculum, culminating in a thesis, to attain the distinction of Mitte Foundation Scholar.
